To return your product,
STEP 1. Click a picture of your photo and kindly email it to us on contact@mohitsultania.com
STEP 2. Mail your purchased product to the location which will be shared to you (on the same email ID) after completing & rectifying STEP 1.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
If you are shipping an item, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

International Shipping will be additional.
2. Free Shipping: Orders with order value above ₹25000 qualifies for international free shipping.

Return Policy1. Damaged product: We take extra measures to make sure that you receive your order in pristine condition. In case you receive a damaged product, please write to contact@mohitsultania.com with a picture of the damaged product within 3 days. Our team will get back to you with an amicable solution.
2. Not satisfied with the product: In this rare situation, write to contact@mohitsultania.com and please return the product to us within 3 days. Once we receive the product, we will ship a replacement within 2 days. Please find the further steps in our RETURN & REFUND POLICY.
