Cancellation requests will be accepted only within 4 hours of placing the order.
 

Return Policies
Perfumes are non - returnable products.

Returns/replacement will be only accepted for products received are damaged/ defective by the customer. 

Samples/Decants are strictly non - returnable/ refundable / exchangeable.

The customer is liable to ship the product back to our address if any perfume is returned.

Due to health reasons, we do not offer refunds or exchanges on fragrances where the packaging has been opened or used.

Shipping cost is non-refundable for returned, undelivered, unclaimed packages that are refused. Any shipping cost you incur to return the product to us will not be refunded. The only exception to this is if we have made a shipping error.
 

RETURN INSTRUCTIONS – 4 EASY STEPS TO NO HASSLE RETURNS

Before shipping your return we recommend that you review our entire return guidelines below.

Damages due to neglect, improper usage, or application will not be covered under our returns policy.

 Return any unopened merchandise in its original condition, including original packaging within 2 days of receipt. You are welcome to keep your free samples or gifts with purchase – those are yours!

For Refunds, payment will be made by NEFT/IMPS/GPAY/PAYTM transfer. The customer is required to share bank details in case a purchase is made by Cash on Delivery.

Returns will be processed and refunds will be issued within five business days of receipt.

Returns that do not meet the above criteria or are returned without an RMA# may be returned to the customer or destroyed upon request.
